Snow Warmer Than Air

I have tied sweat pants drawstrings tight
And double-knotted only to find them undone
After a wash more times than not,
Domestic turbulence too much for one
Man's cleverness, our consciousness caught
Impotent in light of circumstances.
There are situations when and where
The snow is warmer than the air.
